Privacy Act of 1974
Mt. Sierra College complies with the Family Education
Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). This act enables
their academic records, including grades, attendance, and
advising reports. All applicants for admission to the College
are requested to submit a signed Release of Information
existence of a disability, accompanied by a specific request
for accommodation and documentation of the disability.
Appropriate accommodation will be determined based
