in A.S.I. for the execution of work /supply of material required for conservation work.
1. The total tendered cost for complete work should be quoted in percentage above/below against the cost
put to tender including all taxes and other charges as applicable.
2. 2. Earnest Money be deposited in the form of DD/FDR (Nationalized Bank) pledged in favour of Superintending
3. Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India, Jaipur Circle, along with the duly filled tender documents.
4. 3. The contractor/supplier will be permitted to attend tender opening.
5. 4. The tender documents are available on website www.asi.nic.in./www.asijaipurcircle.com The tender form may be
6. purchased from office of the Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India, Jaipur Circle, Jaipur at the
7. cost of Rs.500/- each.
8. 5. If the date of issue/receipt of the tender happens to be a holiday the tenders will be issued/opened on the next
9. working day.
10. 6. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
11. 7. Water arrangement/Scaffolding/T&P articles will be managed by contractor.
12. 8. The civil work to be made curing properly at least 28 days.
13. 9. The work to be executed as per CPWD specifications, IS code and as per Archaeological Survey of India specification.
14. 10. The quantity/Item of work can be increased/decreased at site.
15. 11. Before execution of work contractor must be signed the agreement in this office.

the said conditions annexed hereto so far as applicable and or in default thereof to forfeit and pay to the
President of India of his successor in office the sum of money mentioned in the side conditions. A sum of
