Oticon’s new power products are available in 2
styles across our RISE BTE product families to fi t
hearing losses up to 110 dB HL.
BTE Power (battery size 13)
The advantages of the Oticon RISE platform is available in a
discreet BTE Power hook style. Available across all RISE families,
Epoq, Vigo and Hit, the new BTE Power expands your
power fi tting opportunities to even more customers.
RITE Power (battery size 312)
Epoq and Vigo families off er the RITE Power style option,
whose ultra small case and Receiver-In-The-Ear (RITE) sound
has already changed the lives of thousands of people with
severe hearing losses, with it’s natural and rich sound and
discreet appearance.

Our compensation philosophy goes beyond raw
gain and considers sound quality, clarity, spatial
awareness, listening comfort and speech intelligibility
with equal emphasis. And last but not least,
the wireless connectivity is liberating the severely
hearing impaired to communicate how they want –

Larger bandwidth
Sound quality, localization & speech segregation
are vastly enhanced by extending the bandwidth
out to a minimum of 8 kHz in all RISE Power products,
and as wide as 10 kHz in the Oticon Epoq
XW and Epoq W.
Better feedback cancellation
A new and improved feedback cancellation system
(DFC2) is applied to all RISE Power products,
allowing full use of the available gain, even in the
higher frequencies.
Binaural Communication and Processing
Revolutionary applications which involve communication
and even signal processing between a
binaurally fi t set of instruments to provide a spatial
awareness of the environment to the user, enhancing
the ability to segregate voices and detect
the origin of sounds.
Improved cosmetics
The RITE style and new BTE construction achieve a
fantastic cosmetic improvement for the power
user. The BTE Power is the smallest, most advanced
and fl exible power BTE with a 13 battery
available today.
Connectivity - FM and beyond
RISE Power products are all fully compatible with
your power users’ existing FM products*. Epoq
Power instruments go even further by off ering
wireless connection to telephone, television and
mobile phone via Oticon Streamer and Connect-
Line.

You don’t have to be big to be powerful
RITE Power Mould
The custom mould is shaped like a
canal instrument. It is available in 4
skin tones. The RITE Power speaker
and mould are pre-assembled for
your convenience but can also be assembled
in-offi ce.
Special attention was paid to make sure the RISE Power instruments marked
a jump forward in power instrument cosmetics as well as performance.
The RITE Power almost disappears when worn. Moving the receiver into the
ear canal allows for a signifi cant reduction in hearing aid casing. This is
taken further by the application of a 312 battery, which is possible due to
the effi cient use of electrical current by the RISE chip set.
The RITE fi tting solution
There are several options for the ear piece of the RITE Power style, allowing
both instant fi ttings and customized non-occluding moulds.

by many as the permanent fi t.
RITE Power Micro Mould
The transparent micro mould is a
click-on solution for fast installation
and close to invisible fi ttings and can
easily be assembled in your offi ce.
Fantastic cosmetics, fi rst class design
The new RISE Power styles constitute an innovative balance between a
powerful instrument and small, discreet, fi rst class design.
Across all families and price points, the same output level and fi tting
range is always available.
All styles are available in lively as well as discreet colours. These power
instruments are attractive in the hand and almost invisible on the ears
and equipped with on-ear control for easy adjustment of volume and
programs.

of the hearing aid. Much rather phone conversations, tvsound
or music from a hi-fi system sound clearer and better if they
are played directly in the hearing aids with no acoustic noise
sources to interfere and deteriorate the signal to noise ratio. That
is what ConnectLine off ers to people with hearing losses; the most
obvious and effi cient way to improve audibility and speech understanding

With the optional Streamer, individuals with severe hearing loss

equipment.
Other audio sources are easily and securely connected via
