County Commissioners met in
regular session with Robert S.
Connell, Chairman, Charles R.
Loiseau and Thomas K. Holle
members and Sonya L. Stohs,
County Clerk present.
The meeting was called to
order at 9:00 a.m.
The Board opened the meeting
with the flag salute.

eligibility on the Board.

approve appointing Jennifer
Pishny, Blue Rapids to the
Pawnee Mental Health
Services board as the Marshall
County representative.
Unanimous.
County Attorney Laura
Johnson-McNish met with the
Board.
Robert S. Connell moved,
seconded by Charles R.
Loiseau to approve signing a
letter written by County
Attorney Laura Johnson-
McNish to send to the Kansas
Corporation Commission, all
State and Federal Legislators
and the other 18 Counties that
the Clean Line Energy project
will go through, to voice our
concerns of the project.
The Board placed a call to
the Nemaha County
Commissioners to discuss what
they are hearing in their County
on the Clean Line Energy project.

to adjourn at 11:36 a.m.
