pictorial postmarker from 1 November to<br />
31 December 1999 to commemorate the<br />
70th anniversary of the City to Bay Tram<br />
Service. The actual anniversary is 14<br />
December 1999. Impressions from the<br />
<strong>Post</strong>al Manager, Glenelg SA 5045.<br />
Impressions will available for every day<br />
except Sundays.<br />
Adelaide SA 5000 will also have a<br />
temporary pictorial postmarker from<br />
1 November to 31 December 1999 to<br />

The Koala Count identifies specific<br />
reprints. If a koala symbol is printed in<br />
the selvedge adjacent to <strong>stamp</strong>s down<br />
either side of a sheet, this indicates a<br />
reprint. Two koalas indicate a second<br />
reprint, and so on. A kangaroo indicates<br />
the fifth reprint.<br />
Agency Countries<br />
AGENCY COUNTRIES<br />
<strong>Australia</strong> <strong>Post</strong> sells <strong>stamp</strong>s and other philatelic products issued by Fiji, Nauru, Norfolk<br />
Island, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands and Western Samoa. <strong>Australia</strong> <strong>Post</strong> deals only<br />
in agency countries’ mint stock. Orders for first day covers and postmarked material<br />
should be directed to the bureau concerned.<br />
Stamps from these countries are available by mail order only. All new issues available<br />
from <strong>Australia</strong> <strong>Post</strong> carry a 25% service charge. Agency countries’ issues in this<br />
Bulletin include the 25% service charge. Conversion rates as at 16 August 1999 apply.<br />
