AQUAFORTE HEAT PUMPS code 810
AquaForte heat pumps distinguish themselves from other brands through their competitive price level,
reliability and high quality components.
- High efficiency (COP MAX 5.5)
- High efficiency at low outside temperatures (-10°c)
- SIKA Flow-switch
- Timer function
- Dual control, on unit and remote
- Low noise operation
- ABS house
- Can be used as cooler/chiller
Heat pumps are an ideal solution
• The most economic and efficient solution. Without sunshine, the air is still full of energy. With a heat pump you will enjoy both comfort
and wellness as well as lower energy costs.
• Operation principle
Heat pumps exploit the physical properties of a volatile
evaporating and condensing fluid. The heat pump compresses the
fluid to make it hotter on the side to be warmed, and releases the
pressure at the side where heat is absorbed. The working fluid, in
its gaseous state, is pressurized and circulated through the system
by a compressor. On the discharge side of the compressor, the
now hot and highly pressurized vapor is cooled in a condenser,
until it condenses into a high pressure, moderate temperature
liquid. The condensed refrigerant then passes through an
expansion valve. The low pressure liquid refrigerant then enters
the evaporator, in which the fluid absorbs heat and boils. The
refrigerant then returns to the compressor and the cycle is
repeated.
• Extremely low power consumption (COP 5,5)
80% of the energy is supplied from the outside air. 20% electric energy is needed to run the heat pump. The heat pump will reach an
efficiency up to 5,5 (550%). This efficiency is determined by dividing the useful energy supply with the used energy to run the
compressor. This means that only 20% of the energy must be purchased (as electricity) and 80% is supplied free of charge by nature!
In other words: every Euro spent on energy gives you 4 Euro of warmth. You will only depend on your energy supplier for 20%! To
compare the energy consumption with other systems: normal gas heater: 109%; condensing gas heater: 93%; electric heating: 100%;
heat pump: 20%.
Why is it the ideal solution?
• AQF Heat pumps use the latest technologies with 410a refrigerant and a titanium heat exchanger.
• The most optimal use of your pool - you will extend the swimming season with a heat pump from May to September, and this with
minimum energy costs and maintenance.
• Easy to install - for new projects as well as renovations. The heat pump is easy to install with 2 50mm connections, in bypass with
your pump/filter system with 3 valves to adjust… and ready for use.
