3 The proposal specifies the approach and methodology for
procurement of goods, their delivery, and quality control
4 The proposal commits to commercially market SHS equal
to or larger than 20Wp and comply with RPP Project
requirement for SHS
5 The proposal includes a marketing plan that aims to install
a minimum number of systems (20 Hhs/brgy)as set out in
the Barangay Requirements within 9 months
6 The proposal commits to make an appropriate consumer
financing arrangement such as partnering with microfinance
institutions or dealer financing
E Adequacy of the submitted bids in responding to the Bid
documents (after-sales service and maintenance)
1 The required component warranties and a five-year system
warranty for the public facilities are provided
2 The proposal makes provision for equipment replacement,
including adequate cover in bill of quantities
3 The proposal include a plan and approach to ensure
responsive after-sales services, including both schedule
