ANNEX 7
The set criteria for the evaluation of candidates and their corresponding points for the
conduct of the project are given in Table 1. It is understood that all prospective suppliers
have passed the eligibility requirement prior to the opening of technical bids.

3 The proposal specifies the approach and methodology for
procurement of goods, their delivery, and quality control
