favour of “Nagpur Improvement Trust” Payable at Nagpur., N.I.T. physically at NIT, Head Office.
Plans & Estimates :- Available in the Technical Section, Head Office, Sadar, Nagpur.
Tender forms :- On line Available from 11.00 A.M. on 16 . 04 . 2012 upto 12.00 Noon On 14 . 05 . 2012. on

Receipt/Submission :- On line from 11.00 A.M. on 16 . 04 . 2012 upto 12.00 Noon on 14 . 05 . 2012. on

Physical Submission :- Envelope 1 containing EMD, certified copies of Valid VAT clearance certificate with no dues clearance up
till 31.03.2011 and Valid Service Tax Registration certificate for tender no. 01 & 15. Technical bid
documents, registration of contractor under relevant class of registration etc. as per Pg.(2) of standard B1
form of N.I.T. should be submitted on
14 . 05 . 2012 from 12.00 Noon to 02.00 P.M. at Technical Section, Head Office, N.I.T. in a sealed
envelope 1 mentioning the Name of Work, Tender Number, date of tender, name of agency/contractor on
the envelope cover and should be addressed to Superintending Engineer, N.I.T.
Pre-bid meeting :- On 30 . 04 . 2012 at 4.00 P.M. at Office of Superintending Engineer, N.I.T.
Opening :- At N.I.T. Office on 14 . 05 . 2012 at 2.00 P.M. or as decided by N.I.T.
Note :-
1) Contactors not registered with NIT at the time of bidding, will have to get registered before issue of work order on getting work
awarded.
2) Every bidder should submit the required valid registration copy, EMD, Valid VAT Clearance, technical eligibility documents
etc. As per Pg. (2) of standard B1 form of N.I.T in the On- line system by scanning all documents and Upload the same
document on-line.
3) The technical eligibility documents should be submitted online in “TECHNICAL” option as well as physically. Financial bid
should be submitted online only in “COMMERCIAL” option only and nowhere else in technical option or physically. If financial
bid is submitted online with technical bid documents or physically the tender shall be rejected.
4) Every bidder should submit the certified copies of registration, valid VAT Clearance, valid technical eligibility Documents etc.
as per pg. (2) of standard B1 form of N.I.T. Physically, in a sealed envelope mentioning tender no., date, name of the work &
contractor at NIT Head office (Technical section) on the last date of tender receipt only (i.e. 14 . 05 . 2012) and before
stipulated time. Without receipt of same, the financial bid shall not be eligible for opening, even though same documents are
uploaded by bidder for e-tendering on-line.
