John Tobey and William Tobey all my household goods to them
and their heires for ever excepting my bed and furniture which
I give unto my daughter Mary Tobey, viz all my woollen &
Linnen and Pewter & brass & Iron & vessels of wood I doe
freely give unto my sd Sons / Always provided and to be understood
that my said Sons John & William Tobey doe well and

Acknowledged 16 Sept. 1695.
In 1702 he sold to Stephen one half of a grant of
20 acres which had been granted to him May 16,
1694.
After Mr. Tobey's death his son Stephen administered
on the estate, presenting hie account 11 February,
1705-6. The following transfer took place afterward
:
