In 1702 he sold to Stephen one half of a grant of<br />

20 acres which had been granted to him May 16,<br />

1694.<br />

After Mr. <strong>Tobey</strong>'s death his son Stephen administered<br />

on the estate, presenting hie account 11 February,<br />

1705-6. The following transfer took place afterward<br />
