$35,000 $30,000 $25,000 $20,000 $15,000 $10,000 Easter Gift Goals Goal $30,000 100% 2012 EASTER GIFT APPEAL Our “Easter Gift” appeal is 1 Gifts $28,275 94.2% continuing. Funds raised through our “Easter Gift” Appeal ore usually dedicated to the operating budget. This year we will dedicate the Easter Gift to both operating expenses, and also the unanticipated cost overruns associated with the ramp and the tower projects. This year our needs are greater than ever. Along with the ramp and tower projects, repairs to buildings are a constant with new surprises popping up every day. We need to perform exterior work on Victory Hall and our parking lots require resurfacing. The list goes on. We received additional Easter donations bringing our Easter collection to $28,275. Our Easter goal is $30,000. So far we are just $2,000 below our goal. If you haven’t given, please make a pledge or gift today. We are about 5.8% short of our goal. Perhaps, it will be your donation that will put us over the top! Thank you so very much for your financial generosity. OLC SCHOOL CARNIVAL The OLC School and Little Harbor Academy are conducting a carnival Saturday, June 2, on the court area in front of the St. Peter’s Prep gym on Warren Street. All parishioners and guests are welcome to attend. This is intended to be a fundraiser for the school. Come and enjoy good food, entertainment, crafts, games, etc. RCIA (RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION FOR ADULTS) RCIA is a program sponsored by the Church for adults. It has several purposes. It is designed for those who wish to become a Catholic. It is also designed for Catholics who have not received Holy Communion and/or Confirmation. It is also open to those Catholics who wish to learn more about their faith. If you wish to learn more about this program or if you (or someone you know) wishes to join, please call the rectory. CHILDREN’S CHOIR Children ages 2 and older may participate in our children’s choir. Practices are Sundays, 9:30 a.m., before the 10 a.m. mass. Children may join at any time. Simply show up!! Sunday, May 13 - rehearsal and sing Sunday, June 10 - rehearsal Sunday, June 17 - rehearsal and sing RAMP PROJECT Construction on the ramp has begun! We pray that the progress will move along smoothly until completion. If you have reason to enter the church hall through the out-side entrance, please DO NOT venture into the construction zone. The area poses dangers. You can trip, fall and seriously injure yourself very easily.
