Julienne Kirsch Chicken Salad<br />

Marinated pastrami, turkey, Greek olives, provolone cheese, and assorted vegetables<br />
served on Romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.<br />

Super Salad Tossers<br />
UM <strong>Western</strong> Dining Services <strong>of</strong>fers a variety <strong>of</strong> salad buffets to suit your desires. Our staff will hand toss a<br />
blend <strong>of</strong> fresh salad greens with a choice <strong>of</strong> two to three dressings to order, as each guest desires. All salad<br />
tosser buffets include fresh baked French bread and a variety <strong>of</strong> our delicious dessert bars.<br />

Caesar Chicken Dressings: Cucumber, Caesar & Ranch<br />
Bite sized, grilled chicken breast in a lemony Greek marinade, Romaine lettuce, sliced hard boiled eggs,<br />
thinly sliced red onion, shredded Parmesan and crumbled Feta cheeses, marinated artichoke hearts,<br />
Pepperocini peppers, black, Kalamata and Spanish Queen green olives, lemon wedges and home baked<br />
garlic & herb croutons.<br />
Chicken Fajita Dressings: Salsa – Ranch, Fat Free Italian<br />
Bite sized, grilled chicken breast seasoned with a mild Fajita flavor, a mixture <strong>of</strong> Romaine and Spring Mix<br />

hard boiled eggs, sliced green onions, fresh bean sprouts, broccoli<br />
floweret’s, Julienne sliced green peppers, sliced celery, pineapple tidbits,<br />
Mandarin oranges, fresh pea pods, baby corn, chow mien noodles, crisp<br />
sesame – sunflower topping and fortune cookies.
