22. Allotment <strong>of</strong> land for the purpose <strong>of</strong> setting<br />

IDC vide item 6 & 7 <strong>of</strong> the meeting held on15.9.2009. Amended as per item 8 <strong>of</strong> IDC meeting held on<br />

3(H). Allotment <strong>of</strong> <strong>Land</strong> to State / Central Government Departments/Organizations for<br />

Residential/ Commercial use- shall be made as under:<br />

1. At two times <strong>of</strong> the prevailing rate <strong>of</strong> development charges if the land is put to<br />

residential purpose.<br />

2. At four times <strong>of</strong> the prevailing rate <strong>of</strong> development charges if the land is put to<br />

commercial purpose.<br />

3. The Managing Director shall decide the nature <strong>of</strong> activity.<br />

3(I-a) Allotment <strong>of</strong> land to Industries Associations in the industrial areas may be made in<br />

the following manner:<br />

1. <strong>Land</strong> measuring up-to 500 sq. mtr. to one Industries Association in the industrial area,<br />

depending upon their representative nature, involvement in industrial development etc.<br />

may be allotted for construction <strong>of</strong> the Association building:<br />

(i) At Re.1/- per sqm. if a minimum investment <strong>of</strong> Rs. 500 crores has been catalyzed<br />

in the area.<br />

(ii) At 50% rate <strong>of</strong> development charges where Rs. 500 crores investment has not<br />

been catalyzed in the area.<br />

(iii) <strong>Land</strong> over and above 500 sq.mtr. shall be allotted at full prevailing industrial rate.<br />

2. <strong>Land</strong> for other Industrial Associations may be allotted on the rate <strong>of</strong> development<br />

charges <strong>of</strong> the area.<br />

3(I-b) Allotment <strong>of</strong> land at any single location in the State with in <strong>RIICO</strong> industrial area<br />

to PHDCCI, FICCI, CII and ASSOCHEM for construction <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>fice/association<br />

building.<br />

<strong>Land</strong> upto 500 sqm may be allotted at a token amount <strong>of</strong> Re.1/-, at any single location in<br />

the State in the industrial areas to PHDCCI, FICCI, CII and ASSOCHEM ( the<br />

organisations presently active in the State) for construction <strong>of</strong> Association /<strong>of</strong>fice<br />

building . However, the land in excess <strong>of</strong> 500 sqm will be allotteed at prevailing rate <strong>of</strong><br />

development charges <strong>of</strong> the industrial area concerned. The above organisations will be<br />

exempt from payment <strong>of</strong> the service charges. Economic rent (lease rent) will be recovered<br />

as per the rules.
