Allotment <strong>of</strong> land for the abobe purposewill be considered only for captive use <strong>of</strong> the company<br />
and no sub-leasing <strong>of</strong> the built up space to the general public will be allowed. Corporation<br />
shall not provide any infrastructure in the plots/area and the same would be arranged by the<br />
allottee at its own cost.<br />

3(T). Allotment <strong>of</strong> land to Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB):<br />
<strong>Land</strong> allotment to RHB for setting up housing colonies will be made with the approval<br />
<strong>of</strong> M.D. at the rates to be decided by M.D. in consultation with Financial Advisor <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Corporation & RHB authorities. RHB has also been exempted from payment <strong>of</strong><br />
Security Money and annual services charges. However, development and maintenance<br />
<strong>of</strong> infrastructure in the housing colonies shall be carried out by RHB.<br />

3(U). Allotment <strong>of</strong> land for setting-up Community Building in residential colony <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Corporation:<br />
<strong>Land</strong> in a residential colony developed by the Corporation, measuring up-to 500 sqm.<br />
may be allotted to a 'Samiti' constituted by the allottees in the colony, at 50% <strong>of</strong> the<br />
prevailing rate <strong>of</strong> development charges for the purpose <strong>of</strong> construction <strong>of</strong> a community<br />
centre. <strong>Land</strong> area exceeding 500 sqm. would be allotted at the prevailing rate. The<br />
allotment shall be considered only when there is no community centre in the area.<br />

3(V). <strong>Land</strong> may be allotted with the approval <strong>of</strong> MD on the following broad terms for<br />
creation <strong>of</strong> Sulabh Complexes and other facilities (like drinking water huts, space for<br />
garbage collection space for construction <strong>of</strong> hand pumps, playground for children and<br />
other common facilities) required in any industrial area, by any reputed NGO or<br />
industries association with its funds and are maintained by the association or NGO as<br />
the case may be:<br />
(i) Title <strong>of</strong> land shall remain with <strong>RIICO</strong> (it means no charges will be taken);<br />
(ii) Construction <strong>of</strong> the facility shall be commenced by the allottee at its cost after<br />
approval <strong>of</strong> maps from <strong>RIICO</strong>;<br />
(iii)Management and maintenance <strong>of</strong> the facility shall be carried out by a committee <strong>of</strong><br />
entrepreneurs and <strong>of</strong>ficers <strong>of</strong> the concerned department, which shall also include the<br />
representative <strong>of</strong> <strong>RIICO</strong>;<br />
(iv) The constituted committee <strong>of</strong> entrepreneurs and <strong>of</strong>ficers shall also decide charges,<br />
rent etc. for allowing the facility to use and will take care for keeping surroundings<br />
environmental friendly;<br />
(v) The facility shall be used only in public interest;<br />
(vi) <strong>Land</strong> shall not be used for any other purpose except for the purpose it is set apart.<br />
