Hi Jayne,<br />

The upper floor of the cart lodge will be used for storage, such as light gardening equipment,<br />

golf clubs – items that may need to be accessed on a regular basis, the storage will be maximised<br />

from eaves to eaves even though actual head height storage will only be about half the available<br />

width of the roof space.<br />

Please find attached a revised dwg 1226 04A showing first floor garage storage and a roof plan.<br />

A few of Sporle's Parish <strong>Council</strong>lors have asked me about the upper floor of the cart lodge. The drawings<br />

show that there are stairs up to another floor, but there are no drawings or information indicating the<br />

potential use of this area. Please can you let me know?<br />
