concrete building was erected in<br />

architect and structural engineer,<br />
Benjamin John Ager (1875?-<br />
1959). It has a timber and<br />
wrought-iron steel staircase,<br />
timber joinery, sash and leadlight<br />
windows and an upper parapet. It<br />
is seven storeys high and had six<br />
residential flats on the ground<br />
floor and seven on each of the<br />
other floors.<br />
