Estimates.<br />

`15000. Further <strong>in</strong> the event of death, the f<strong>in</strong>ancial<br />

assistance shall be enhanced from `50000 to `1 lakh to<br />

legal heir of worker. I further announce that an assistance<br />

of `21000 will be given for marriage of upto 2 children of<br />

the build<strong>in</strong>g and construction workers.<br />

150. Speaker sir, now I come to the macro budget<br />

estimates for 2013-14 and revised estimates for 2012-13.<br />

As per the revised estimates for 2012-13, we will be able<br />

to achieve the targets of the FRBM Act with regard to<br />

revenue surplus and fiscal deficit. As required by the<br />

FRBM Act I am separately present<strong>in</strong>g the Medium Term<br />

Fiscal Plan of the State Government for the period 2013-<br />

14 to 2016-17. The full details of the next year’s budget<br />

are available <strong>in</strong> the comprehensive budget documents<br />

be<strong>in</strong>g tabled <strong>in</strong> this august House.<br />

151. The total budget expenditure estimated for 2013-<br />

14 is `21767 crore out of which estimated expenditure on<br />

salaries is `6956 crore, on pensions it would be `2839<br />

crore, estimated <strong>in</strong>terest payments would be `2431 crore,<br />

and loan repayments are expected to be `1714 crore apart<br />

from `342 crore on other loans and `1721 crore on<br />

ma<strong>in</strong>tenance.<br />

152. As per budget estimates for 2013-14, the total<br />

revenue receipts are estimated at `17700 crore and the<br />

total revenue expenditure is estimated to be `17646 crore<br />

leav<strong>in</strong>g a revenue surplus of `54 crore. The expected<br />

receipts <strong>in</strong> capital account of the Government are `3540<br />

crore apart from `650 crore <strong>in</strong> Public Account <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g<br />

Provident Fund etc. Capital expenditure <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g loan<br />
