Policy: No make-ups. For each day a project is turned in late, 3 points will be deducted. Projects more than a week
late will not be accepted.
Presentations: It is important to be able to express oneself clearly and intelligently in front of a group. To help you
acquire this skill, I require you to give a presentation in a group and individually. Detailed guidelines for the
presentations will be distributed. Policy: Students who do not show up for their presentation will not receive credit.
Portfolio: You are responsible for putting all projects and in-class writing activities for this class in a portfolio at the
end of a semester--make it neat! I require this because it is a very good way to document learning that takes place in
a course.
Policy: Students who fail to turn in their portfolio will not receive a passing grade for the course. For each day the
portfolio is turned in late, 5 points will be deducted.
