This portfolio evaluation sheet is to be placed in the ‘EVALUATION’ section of your portfolio.<br />

and stating his/her objectives in completing<br />

been enhanced in production and design.<br />

3) Personal accomplishments A new personal accomplishment is<br />

included and is appropriately presented.<br />

4) Community Service Evidence of community service that has<br />

occurred in the last calendar year is<br />

appropriately presented. Diploma status<br />

enhanced in presentation and design OR<br />

enhanced in level of detail of content.<br />

6) Academic work Appropriate academic entries are included.<br />

There are three new entries for the current<br />

academic year. The section is enhanced in<br />

presentation and design.<br />

7) Group work Evidence of group work is included and is<br />

<strong>Grade</strong> <strong>12</strong> Exit Interview Checklist<br />

After the portfolio review, <strong>Grade</strong> <strong>12</strong> <strong>IBT</strong> students will complete an exit interview with their evaluator.<br />

Students are required to provide evidence of the following to the evaluator:<br />

Completion of 4 Senior (<strong>Grade</strong> 11 or <strong>12</strong>) <strong>IBT</strong> credits (this is part of the 17 required <strong>IBT</strong><br />

credits)<br />

Completion of 3 <strong>IBT</strong> Language credits (this is part of the 17 required <strong>IBT</strong> credits, and<br />

can be 1 of the 4 Senior <strong>IBT</strong> credits)<br />
