Mr. Redden-Liotta is pursuing his Masters of Music degree in Choral Conducting at George Mason University and is an active member of the American Choral Directors Association. Jane moore Kaye is vocal coach and accompanist for the University Chorale (100+ voices). Ms. Kaye also performs in the greater D.C. area as an active recitalist and accompanist. She shares her love of choral music as accompanist for the ACDA Voices United Conference (held annually on the campus of George Mason University) where she has accompanied for Weston Noble, Eleanor Daley, Dale Warland, Anton Armstrong, John Rutter, David Brunner and Joe Miller. She is also active in area district and state choral festivals. Ms. Kaye is the organist and pianist for Providence Presbyterian Church in Fairfax, VA where she helped oversee the installation of a Lively- Fulcher tracker pipe organ. At George Mason University, she is the accompanist for the Concert Choir and the Master Singers of the Fairfax Children’s Chorus. Highlights of her career have included performances at the White House, the National Cathedral, the Kennedy Center and high-level Pentagon events to include the National Prayer Breakfast and the prayer service following 9/11. Ms. Kaye earned a BM in Piano Performance at Emporia State University, Emporia, Kansas and an MM in Piano Performance at Sam Houston University in Huntsville, Texas. Ms. Kaye is active in the community as well. She is the Artist Liaison for the chamber music series “Music & Arts at Providence. Jane’s teachers, past and present have included Bradford Gowen, Gary Graffman, John Paul, Theodore Guerrant, and William Neil. In the GMU School of Music JuLie neish accompanies many of the choral ensembles including: the University Singers under the direction of Stan Engebretson, the University Chorale under the direction of Lisa Billingham, and has accompanied and sung with the Women’s Chorale under the direction of Mary Ann East. She directs two ensembles with Dr. Engebretson: Soundcheque (vocal jazz) and Timesquare Singers (musical theatre.) She has also enjoyed working with the GMU Opera and conducting selections for the University Chorale and the Vocal Chamber Ensemble. Julie is an active musician in the greater DC area. As a choir accompanist she accompanies the choral department of H-B Woodlawn High School in Arlington, the JEB Stuart High School Choral Department in Falls Church, the Georgetown Chorale under the direction of Dr. Elaine Rendler, and the Ac- 10
cotink Unitarian Universalist Church in Burke under the direction of Dr. Lisa Billingham. With her passion for musical direction in the world of musical theatre, Julie has been a part of numerous musicals in the NOVA area. She also enjoys working with many of the voice faculty and vocal majors at GMU and has accompanied numerous recitals and NATS competitors in addition to her work as a vocal coach. She was invited to perform on piano and celeste with the Capital City Symphony under the direction of Vicki Gau in 2009. Julie Neish received her MM, with emphases in music education and choral conducting, from George Mason University in January 2010. She received her BS in Music, emphasis in piano performance, from Brigham Young University-Idaho in December 2006. From Westfield, New Jersey, CaroLine yost is a graduating senior pursuing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, as well as a Minor in Arts Administration. She has choreographed for the George Mason University Dance Company on four different occasions and is happy to be making her “choralography” debut with the University Chorale. Caroline would like to offer her sincerest thanks to the Chorale for their hard work throughout this process.
