From a partnership between Aprilia Racing and the Akrapovic R&D team comes the latest
evolution of the 2 in 2 exhaust system for the RSV 1000 R 2004.
In this new version of the Aprilia Akrapovic exhaust system, power delivery is more fluid
and controllable, making for a significantly improved acceleration out of corners and
extended performance in the overrev band. The use of lightweight titanium and carbon
fibre combined with a carefully designed configuration improve the handling of the bike,
making it more responsive and less tiring to ride. These outstanding results are also due
to the completely revised performance mapping to suit the characteristics of the new RSV
1000 R 2004. Extensive testing on the bench and on the circuit has produced the ideal
setup to ensure maximum performance with maximum reliability. A further innovation
introduced with the RSV 1000 R 2004 is the possibility to activate the dedicated
mapping, which is already installed on the bike’s ECU, using the diagnostic tool supplied
to the Aprilia Service Network.
TANK BAG
The ideal accessory for brief trips and long journeys.
Expands upwards to give a total capacity of 26 litres:
detaches quickly and easily from the tank for use as a back
pack. Made from extra strong nylon with a non-scratch base
to avoid spoiling the finish of your tank and a transparent
top pocket for road maps. The rain hood ensures total

Massima potenza e leggerezza in pista.
This pair of slip on exhausts with titanium outer sleeve and
stainless steel inner tube have been specifically designed to
enhabceve the performance of the bike on the racetrack. In
addition to providing a weight saving of 4 kg compared with
the standard exhausts, they also help increase torque and
power, particularly in the medium revs band, thanks also to
the dedicated mapping.
