Enabling the Demand-driven Enterprise
Highly responsive, adaptive manufacturing is made possible by synchronizing raw materials,
components and semi-finished goods with production, quality inspection and equipment
maintenance processes. As demand changes, material flows automatically adjust.
Rush production orders are automatically picked first. Materials are picked moments
before needed. Finished goods are cross-docked directly from the shop floor to the appropriate
truck for shipment. Alternatively, raw materials can be cross docked from receiving
right into production, letting you to now automatically adjust to demand changes, supporting
Lean programs while optimizing labor performance.
Designed for expanding Lean, Quality and other manufacturing operations improvements,
FlexNet Warehouse allows manufacturers to achieve real-time integration between the
product supply network, production processes and picking and shipping events to remove
waste and complexity. By providing complete visibility and control to synchronize material
