2. Peer Tutoring<br />
SCE students next week.<br />
a) Planning to start around February, once a week for each<br />
module.<br />
b) The recruitment for the tutors and tutees will be held from Ms. Gabriella K.<br />
3. Lecture Recording<br />
18 th January 2010 until 30 th January 2010.<br />
a) All the modules will have the lecture recordings expect Ms. Zhang Ruitao<br />
the modules specially requested by the lecturers.<br />
4. Second Hand Books Sale<br />

a) The book collection is going to be held on Ms. Zhang Ruitao<br />
18 th and 19 th January 2010.<br />
b) The sale is going to be held on 20 th and 21 st January 2010. Ms. Zhang Ruitao<br />
a) Going to be a 4 days event starting from 2 nd February 2010 Mr. Hendra D.S.C.<br />
to 5 th February 2010.<br />
b) The first three days we are going to have gaming sessions, Mr. Hendra D.S.C.<br />
a joint collaboration with Fast Forward and Cyber Game<br />
Society. Games that we provide are Guitar Hero, FIFA<br />
and some board games. We are going to give out prize<br />
for lucky draw on the third day. The students can have the<br />

c) We are going to have DotA competition and the winners Mr. Hendra D.S.C.<br />
will stand to win prizes. The registration will commerce<br />
from 16 th January 2010 and the schedule for the<br />
competition will be out on 24 th January 2010.<br />
d) Proposal is ready and we need to find sponsors Mr. Eric Lim,<br />

2. Website Development Workshop<br />
Item VI : Logistics<br />
a) This workshop is a collaboration between CEC and Mr. Hendra D.S.C.<br />
ADM Club to benefit both SCE and ADM students.<br />
b) Proposal need to be prepared in order to get the approval Mr. Hendra D.S.C.<br />
from SAO.<br />
c) The workshop is going to be held before recess week, Mr. Wendy<br />
tentatively on 24 th to 26 th February 2010.<br />
1. Store Room and Siggraph Room Maintenance<br />
a) Keeping the Store Room and Siggraph Room clean and Mr. Yin Xiao Cheng,<br />
tidy is an important thing to note. Mr. Zhang Ge<br />

a) The theme for this year Exclaim is Futuristic Age. Mr. Ang Yu Kun<br />
b) Tentatively going to be held on the second week of March.<br />
c) To prevent the students from having long queues during<br />
the event, we are trying to make use of the student’s<br />
matriculation card by scanning it or tapping it as for them<br />
to enter the event and collect food.<br />
d) Inside, we are going to have many games booths,<br />
photography competition, stage performances, lucky<br />
draw and many more.

Valentine’s Day in order to support our DnD’s budget.<br />
1. The new 9-8-7 point system are going to be applied on<br />
academic year 2011/2012.<br />
2. There is going to be a club recommendation list which has<br />
some regulations and requirements to be followed set by SAO.<br />
The people listed on the list must be approved by the Club’s<br />
President and Club’s Advisor.<br />
