2. Peer Tutoring
SCE students next week.
a) Planning to start around February, once a week for each
module.
b) The recruitment for the tutors and tutees will be held from Ms. Gabriella K.
3. Lecture Recording
18 th January 2010 until 30 th January 2010.
a) All the modules will have the lecture recordings expect Ms. Zhang Ruitao
the modules specially requested by the lecturers.
4. Second Hand Books Sale
Item V: Liaison
1. GEBEN
a) The book collection is going to be held on Ms. Zhang Ruitao
18 th and 19 th January 2010.
b) The sale is going to be held on 20 th and 21 st January 2010. Ms. Zhang Ruitao

b) The first three days we are going to have gaming sessions, Mr. Hendra D.S.C.

Society. Games that we provide are Guitar Hero, FIFA
and some board games. We are going to give out prize

c) We are going to have DotA competition and the winners Mr. Hendra D.S.C.
will stand to win prizes. The registration will commerce
from 16 th January 2010 and the schedule for the
competition will be out on 24 th January 2010.

2. Website Development Workshop
Item VI : Logistics
a) This workshop is a collaboration between CEC and Mr. Hendra D.S.C.
ADM Club to benefit both SCE and ADM students.
b) Proposal need to be prepared in order to get the approval Mr. Hendra D.S.C.
from SAO.
c) The workshop is going to be held before recess week, Mr. Wendy
tentatively on 24 th to 26 th February 2010.
1. Store Room and Siggraph Room Maintenance
a) Keeping the Store Room and Siggraph Room clean and Mr. Yin Xiao Cheng,

1. Publicity - Designs
a) Main committee name card, main committee T-shirt Mr. Anjar Wicaksono
and sub-committee T-shirt are done. We are going to
distribute all of them by next week.

a) Going to be published three weeks from now on CEC’s Ms. Shivohne S.,

a) The theme for this year Exclaim is Futuristic Age. Mr. Ang Yu Kun
b) Tentatively going to be held on the second week of March.
c) To prevent the students from having long queues during
the event, we are trying to make use of the student’s
matriculation card by scanning it or tapping it as for them
to enter the event and collect food.
d) Inside, we are going to have many games booths,
photography competition, stage performances, lucky
draw and many more.

Valentine’s Day in order to support our DnD’s budget.
1. The new 9-8-7 point system are going to be applied on
academic year 2011/2012.
2. There is going to be a club recommendation list which has
some regulations and requirements to be followed set by SAO.
The people listed on the list must be approved by the Club’s
President and Club’s Advisor.
