Rotating beacon
DLL6-300 F
The PINTSCH BAMAG rotating beacon of the type DLL6-300 is
for the marking of aviation obstructions such as pylons, wind
turbines or as the usage as an aerodrome beacon
The rotating beacon DLL6-300F is in compliance with the ICAO
annex 14 Vol. I (Medium intensity light as specified in Table 6-3 or
aerodrome beacon as specified in chapter 5.3.3.3)
The optical system of the DLL 6-300 F is build in a housing made
from seawater resistant aluminum alloy with an UV-resistant and
sturdy cover made from polycarbonate. Particular attention should
be drawn to the optical quality of the DLL6-300 F, which is a result
of the newly developed lenses.
The optimized control of the maintenance-free multiphase motor
drive results in the noiseless and smooth operation of the lens
cage.
Application
Usage on wind turbines or
aerodromes
• Maintenance-free multiphase motor
drive, service life up to 70,000 hours
• Centrally bearing-supported lens cage
for highly precise guidance of the lens
system , high regularity of peak
intensities with each individual lens
• spirit level for optimal alignment
• Measurement and monitoring of lens
cage speed via hall sensors
• Automatic measurement of lamp power
with variable over current limit for optimal
behavior when switching on in the lowest
temperatures
• Protection of the motor against freezing
by heating the motor coils during
standstill periods
• Permanent motor operation to protect
the lamp changer from lens effects
sustained by incoming sun light is
possible
• Adjustable daylight switch settings
(preset to 120lux)
• Adjustable monitoring of supply voltage
with under voltage shut-off
• Operation as main and emergency
lantern and automatic changeover in
case of defects in the main lantern
• Parameterization via IR interface (PC,
PDA, etc.)
• DIP switch for setting the rotation speed
• Saltwater resistant aluminum housing
(AIMg-Si), painted
• Cover from UV-resistant and sturdy
polycarbonate, deliverable in assorted
colors
• Special cover version with stainless steel
top cover for the operation of a lighting
medium ≥100 W as daylight light signal
• Digital inputs and outputs for simple
integration into a control system
• Waterproof plug connectors (Schaltbau
M3 series, 12-pole)
