STATEMENT:<br />
I think that my interests reflect those of many librarians at UC<strong>LA</strong>: of special concern are professional<br />
development funding and the peer review process. For such an active group of librarians living in one of<br />
the most expensive metropolitan areas of North America, professional funding needs are keenly felt.<br />
Also, I welcome the opportunity to be actively involved in the group responsible for our peer review and<br />
our many other professional concerns.<br />
