Warrant Officer <strong>Recruiting</strong> <strong>Week</strong> & The Fort Hood “Silver” Chapter<br />
CW4 Melissa L. Farmer and CW4 Nicole E. Woodyard joined forces during Fort Hood’s <strong>Recruiting</strong> <strong>Week</strong>.<br />
The two teamed up to provide a holistic experience for potential Warrant Officer.<br />
CW4 Farmer and her team gave the formal<br />
briefing to potential candidates while CW4 Woodyard set up a <strong>WO</strong> Packet Review Workshop to link a<br />
Warrant Officer as a mentor as the NCO’s completed the application process. This duo kept the<br />
momentum up and motivation for future Warrant Officers.<br />
CW4 Farmer was also the guest speaker during<br />
the United States Army Warrant Officer Association Fort Hood “Silver” Chapter monthly meeting and<br />
gave insights to the updates and changes so the Warrants in the field can stay current on the recruiting<br />
standards.
The Fort Hood “Silver” Chapter<br />
conducted a Packet Review workshop and provided one‐on‐one interaction with potential<br />
candidates ready to submit for the next board. Part of this team included <strong>WO</strong>1 Fleary, CW<br />
Goode, CW3 Stewart and CW4 Spiher.
