Meadows, Andy Peterson, Steve Brisson, Curtis Harold (Member<br />

Representative) and Tom Kinnear (Training Coordinator). Tom Kinnear<br />

instructed students on the basic operations of an excavator and mobile<br />

crane in our simulator trailer. Many retired members volunteered<br />

their time to show the students how to operate the various pieces of<br />

equipment.<br />

both the Excavator and Dozer endorsements by Brother<br />

Tom Kinnear (Training Coordinator). Darren served his<br />

entire apprenticeship working for Gemco Construction<br />

Ltd.<br />

Brother Marty John being presented with his Mobile<br />

Crane Operator – Lattice Boom Hydraulic Certificate of<br />

Qualification with Interprovincial Red Seal Endorsement<br />

by Brother Jeff Gorham (Training Coordinator). During<br />

Marty’s apprenticeship, he has worked for Sterling Crane,<br />

GWIL Crane Service, Lehigh and at the Waneta Dam<br />

expansion project.<br />

Brother Dennis Podovennikoff being presented with his<br />

Mobile Crane – Hydraulic 80 Tonnes and under Certificate<br />

of Qualification by Brother Randy Grisewood (Training<br />

Coordinator). Dennis served his apprenticeship for West<br />

Kootenay Mechanical in Trail.<br />
