Dental claims to Pacific Blue Cross
FOR DRUGS Show your ID card at the pharmacy for pay direct drug adjudication.
You will only be charged for amounts not covered by your drug plan.
FOR VISION, CHIROPRACTIC, PHYSIOTHERAPY AND MASSAGE CLAIMS
You may continue to submit paper claim forms for EHC treatment and expenses to
Pacific Blue Cross. Additionally, for the paramedical providers above, you may submit
your claims online through CARESnet.
FOR DENTAL CLAIMS Your provider can submit electronic claims to Pacific Blue Cross
on your behalf. Please ensure your dentist’s records are updated with your new ID and
group numbers.
