throughout Hull and the East Riding. Transport costs are covered by a

NCH Community Transport Project
NCH Community Transport Project, in partnership with the Children’s Fund,
provides volunteer drivers to transport children/young people who find it
difficult to attend out of school activities, doctor/hospital appointments,
dentist and any other things they wish to attend.
The Community Transport Project recruits, trains and supports volunteers
to become fully approved drivers for NCH. Each volunteer has to undergo
a rigorous vetting procedure which includes; CRB, medical check, two
references as well as undertaking a training programme. On going support
and training is also provided.
