A Son or Daughter <strong>of</strong> an Employee <strong>of</strong> the<br />

<strong>Educational</strong> <strong>Service</strong> <strong>Center</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Lake</strong> <strong>Erie</strong> West<br />

✔ <strong>Scholarship</strong> applicant must be a son or daughter <strong>of</strong> an employee <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Educational</strong> <strong>Service</strong> <strong>Center</strong><br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>Lake</strong> <strong>Erie</strong> West.<br />

✔ Applicant must be a college bound high school senior or be presently enrolled in an undergraduate<br />

degree program in any field <strong>of</strong> study.<br />

✔ Applicant must have a grade point average <strong>of</strong> 3.0 on the point scale used by the school district.<br />

✔ The selection process will be based upon information received on:<br />

• <strong>Scholarship</strong> Application form<br />

• Secondary School credentials<br />

• Two recommendation forms.<br />

✔ The <strong>Scholarship</strong> Committee must receive applications by June 7, 2013. Please send all<br />

Meeting to receive the award.<br />
