Scholarship Guidelines for 

A Son or Daughter of an Employee of the 


✔ Scholarship applicant must be a son or daughter of an employee of the Educational Service Center 

of Lake Erie West. 

✔ Applicant must be a college bound high school senior or be presently enrolled in an undergraduate 

degree program in any field of study. 

✔ Applicant must have a grade point average of 3.0 on the point scale used by the school district. 

✔ The selection process will be based upon information received on: 

• Scholarship Application form 

• Secondary School credentials 

• Two recommendation forms. 

✔ The Scholarship Committee must receive applications by June 7, 2013. Please send all 

application information to:

✔ The scholarship award recipient will be notified during the first week of August and will be invited 

to attend the August 2013 Educational Service Center of Lake Erie West Governing Board 

Meeting to receive the award.
