Solution:
§ Patented ring around the outside of the
mirror (on print side) which is not part of
the steel base
Advantages:
§ Reduced repair cost, if the mirror is
damaged during service. If the mirror’s
edge is damaged, one only needs to
replace the ring and not the whole mirror
§ Reduced cost of operation for printing
machinery. The bevel on the mirror
prevents sharp edges that rip the printing
screens
