3 Brief Project History In 1995 – with the feasibility study and prototype development to optimise the airport thru put “darts” – the CDM process has started in LSZH From the beginning the main actors as Airport Operator, Air Traffic Control and Airline Operator were fully involved in the process In 2000 the project – implementing operational “darts” system – started MoU with main actors to support the project best possible Project owner => airport operator Project leader => airport operator Steering committee => airport operator & air traffic control Project board => airport operator, air traffic control, system provider Customer board => airline operators, handling agents March 2003 DMAN start of operation
