How to access Keycopter<br />
Explanatory note<br />
The Customer Representative<br />
The person in your Company who is authorised to sign Keycopter General Terms & Conditions<br />
(the Agreement), as identified on the execution page <strong>of</strong> such document.<br />
Focal Point<br />
The person appointed by the Customer Representative, who is entitled to represent the Customer<br />
for and in the management <strong>of</strong> the Agreement and who is responsible for the compliance by the<br />
Designated Users and the Customer's employees with the Agreement.<br />
Designated User<br />
The person in your company authorized by the Focal Point or with third parties who care duly<br />
empowered and expressly mandated by the Focal Point to access and use Keycopter.<br />
2/ Objectives <strong>of</strong> the documents referenced<br />
General Terms & Conditions<br />
The General Terms & Conditions have to be read by each designated user who will access<br />
Keycopter.<br />
The General Terms & Conditions shall be approved and signed by the Company Representative.<br />
Focal Point Nomination Form<br />
Such form allows to identify and gather customer Focal Point information, and shall be<br />
approved and signed by the Company Representative and the Focal Point.<br />
Designated User Request Form<br />
Such document gathers the designated user information, and shall be<br />
approved and signed by the Focal Point, and the Designated User.<br />
