I acknowledge I have read and understand the "Keycopter General Terms and Conditions" and I acknowledge having been notified and
agree that:
- I must keep in strict confidence all the questions and information which I become aware of through my access to Keycopter; and
- It is strictly prohibited to communicate to a third party, in part or in whole, information, data, or documents belonging to
Eurocopter or another member of the Eurocopter Group without the prior written permission of an authorized Eurocopter
representative.
I agree that:
- I will protect access to my certificate private key with a personal and complex password. If using Internet Explorer web browser,
I will select the highest certificate protection level and set a personal and complex password; I also will protect my certificate
private key by a secured confidential code in case of potential export to another workstation;
- I will not try to override my access rights;
- I will not divulge, lend, copy or share my personal certificate private key or my personal password.
- I will not use my digital certificate provided by Eurocopter for any purpose with any other company as I understand it is only
available for accessing the Eurocopter resources;
- I am solely responsible for the use and protection of my digital certificate and my private key or token against loss, disclosure or
misuse; and
- I have to inform Eurocopter immediately in case of misuse, loss or theft of the personal certificate private key.
I acknowledge having been notified that if there is suspicion of improper use of my access, it will be blocked immediately by Eurocopter.
In the event of major breaches of this declaration or Keycopter General Terms and Conditions, Eurocopter also reserves the right to take
legal action as permitted by applicable law.

How to access Keycopter
Explanatory note
The Customer Representative
The person in your Company who is authorised to sign Keycopter General Terms & Conditions
(the Agreement), as identified on the execution page of such document.
Focal Point
The person appointed by the Customer Representative, who is entitled to represent the Customer
for and in the management of the Agreement and who is responsible for the compliance by the
Designated Users and the Customer's employees with the Agreement.
Designated User
The person in your company authorized by the Focal Point or with third parties who care duly
empowered and expressly mandated by the Focal Point to access and use Keycopter.
2/ Objectives of the documents referenced
General Terms & Conditions
The General Terms & Conditions have to be read by each designated user who will access
Keycopter.
The General Terms & Conditions shall be approved and signed by the Company Representative.
Focal Point Nomination Form
Such form allows to identify and gather customer Focal Point information, and shall be
approved and signed by the Company Representative and the Focal Point.
Designated User Request Form
Such document gathers the designated user information, and shall be
approved and signed by the Focal Point, and the Designated User.
