OIL-EXPERT.NET IN DETAILS – MODULE: DATA IMPORT/-EXPORT<br />
<strong>Oil</strong>-<strong>Expert</strong>.<strong>net</strong> has cConnect, a comfortable interface for data import,<br />
updating and export.<br />
For example, you can update daily prices of raw materials by pushing a<br />
button. The same applies to product specifications. cConnect also imports<br />
and updates new components, recipes and specifications.<br />
Step sequence to get a template:<br />
• Select a database format for the import (eg Text, Access, Excel,<br />
Oracle)<br />
• Select tables<br />
• Select the fields to be linked<br />
• Select a search criterion (unique, preferably product code number)<br />
• Run import, update or export<br />
• Save template<br />
The import export module can update data from a variety of databases<br />
(Access, Excel, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.), but can also import them or<br />
export from/to text files.<br />
Interfaces are developed as customized solutions for a client for a fixed<br />
price.<br />
