7 Annex IV: ECHA <strong>REACH</strong> Technical Guidance<br />
The following <strong>REACH</strong> technical <strong>guidance</strong> documents are available from <strong>the</strong> ECHA and <strong>REACH</strong><br />
Navigator websites. These aim to provide <strong>the</strong> necessary tools/in<strong>for</strong>mation to ensure that <strong>the</strong><br />
obligations and <strong>the</strong> requirements of <strong>REACH</strong> are effectively administered.<br />
The ECHA website contains 5 main elements:<br />
About <strong>REACH</strong> gives an overview of <strong>the</strong> processes <strong>for</strong>eseen by <strong>REACH</strong>, its scope and <strong>the</strong> main<br />
