European Communities for the financial year 2002 (SEC(2003)1104-EN)<br />

After a brief intervention by Commissioner Schreyer, Mr Gray, Deputy Director<br />

General and accounting officer of the Commission, introduced the final accounts for<br />

2002.<br />

The following spoke: Christopher Heaton-Harris, Generoso Andria, Paulo Casaca,<br />

Jens-Peter Bonde, Diemut R. Theato, Freddy Blak, Commissioner Michaele Schreyer,<br />

Brian Gray (Commission), Generoso Andria, Herbert Bösch.<br />

The chairman reminded members of the deadline for the inclusion of questions to the<br />

Commission in the 2002 discharge questionnaire (25 November 2003).<br />

4) Presentation of the 2002 annual report of the European Court of Auditors<br />

Mr Fabra Vallés, President of the Court of Auditors presented the annual report for the<br />

financial year 2002.<br />

The chairman reminded the committee that the presentation of the 2002 annual report to<br />

the plenary would take place on Tuesday, 4 December 2003 in Brussels.<br />
