32 APPLICATIONS EVENT MATERIAL SPAR European Cross Country Championships SPAR European Team Championships 10 mm 10 mm Each card 90x133.5 mm Each card 90x133.5 mm Accreditation cards - ORAS At European Athletics major events the registration procedure, administration and accreditation card printout are handled by the “Online Registration & Accreditation System” (ORAS). The accreditation cards are printed out directly by the system for each person registered in the ORAS using a standard internet browser. The required paper (A4, 90 g/m 2 , perforated, for 2 cards per page or 1 card with photo per page) is provided together with the GAMS by mediasprint Gmbh. Terms of delivery need to be agreed with mediasprint in advance. For the European Athletics Outdoor Championships the paper has to be produced by the LOC according to mediasprint’s exact specifications. The size of each card is 90 mm x 133.5 mm. The card will be printed entirely in colour using a colour laser printer (according to mediasprints specifications.). The design of the card is based on a standard set by European Athletics (except European Athletics Indoor and Outdoor Championships). LOC has to provide the required design elements electronically for the preparation of the cards. In addition passes for special access will be produced in limited numbers and will be advised by European Athletics (e.g. doping control pass, coaching zones, escort pass, etc.).
