Coatings applied to wooden surfaces provide aesthetic aspects and surface
protection that ensures the maximum durability of the natural product.
Nevertheless, wood is a challenging substrate to be coated. One of
the challenges of furniture coatings is to combine aesthetics with environmental

In the morning of the second conference day, selected speakers will be
available for one-on-one meetings to discuss individual issues. Schedules
and further information will be available on-site at the conference counter.

Accommodation and conference venue
Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee but can be made directly
at the conference venue, the NH Hotel Berlin Friedrichstrasse. Take advantage of
our special conference room rate of 110,- € per night, incl. breakfast. Once you have
registered for the conference, you will receive a hotel reservation form that allows you
to take care of your room reservation with the hotel.
Travelling by train:
From Berlin’s main train station, travel on various S-Bahn lines, such as S3, 5,
or 7, departing at the Friedrichstrasse station. From the Friedrichstrasse station, exit
towards Unter den Linden, and the hotel will be directly in front of you.

Terms & conditions | Cancellation conditions
Cancellation policies are the following: Fees will be refunded in full if notice of
cancellation is received up to 4 weeks before the conference. 50% of the fee will
be refunded if cancellation is received later, but no later than two weeks before
the conference. Delegates who cancel less than two weeks before the conference
or fail to attend without notifying the organiser will be liable for the whole conference
fee. In all cases postmark shall apply. Substitutions of delegates may be
made at any time. Cancellations and changes should be made in writing and will
be confi rmed by the organiser. Any fee refunded will be paid after the conference.
The organiser reserves the right to change the programme content or to cancel the
event due to important reasons. Cancellation fees of third parties that may incur
in this context will not be reimbursed.

Photographs and videos of delegates will be taken during the conference and may
be used for promotional purposes. Vincentz Network produces a list of delegates
