Retouren boekhandels - Retours libraires - Returns policy booktrade
Alle aankopen worden beschouwd als vaste aankoop tenzij anders overeengekomen en als dusdanig vermeldop de factuur.
-Retouren zijn enkel mogelijk na drie maanden en voor 12 maanden.
-Retouren kunnen enkel gebeuren na voorafgaandelijke, schriftelijke aanvraag. De retourtoelating dient bij de retour gevoegd te worden.-De retour gebeurt op risico van de klant.
Retouren worden enkel aanvaard als ze ons in perfecte staat bereiken. Boeken met prijsstickers of beduimelde exemplaren kunnen niet aanvaard of gecrediteerd worden.
-Creditbedragen worden in mindering gebracht van nog te betalen saldi of toekomstige aankopen.
Tous les achats sont condidérés comme achat en compte ferme sauf accord mentionné sur la facture.
-Les retours sont pas possible avant 3 mois et après 12 mois.
-Les retours doivent impérativement être demandés au préalable, par écrit. Après réception de l'accord de retour, vous pouvez retourner les titres acceptés, accompagnés de l'autorisation de retour.
-Ce retour se fait aux risques et aux frais du client. Seuls les retours arrivés dans un état impeccable seront acceptés. -Les notes de crédit seront déduites du solde encore à payer ou des achats à venir.
All orders are considered concluded sales and cannot be returned, unless otherwise stated.
-Returns can only be accepted after a written request to our office, the approval should be included in the shipment.
-All books must be in mint condition. Shopworn or price-stickered books will not be accepted or credited.
-Titels cannot be returned before 90 days or after 12 months. -Credit balances apply against future purchases only.
Prijzen, technisches specificaties en voorwaarden kunnen wijzigen zonder voorafgaande waarschuwing. Exhibitions International is niet verantwoordelijk voor fouten of ontbrekende gegevens.
Verzendingskosten zijn voor rekening van de klant. Alle beschadigingen of drukfouten moeten binnen 10 dagen naontvangst doorgegeven worden. De Belgische en Nederlandse [NL]
prijzen zijn incl. BTW, Internationale [INT] prijzen zijn excl. BTW.
Prière de noter que les prix peuvent sans notification préalable être modifiés (par décision de l'éditeur ou des variations des cours de change). Exhibitions International ne peut être
tenu responsable pour des indications erronées de prix ou des donnés manquants. Les prix belges et hollandais [NL] sont TTC, les prix internationaux sont HT.

All defects and printing errors must be notified within 10 days of reception. Belgian and Dutch [NL] prices are incl. VAT, International [INT] prices are excl. VAT.
