ARTICLE 1: To choose all other necessary <strong>Town</strong> Officers for the year in accordance with<br />
nominations to be <strong>of</strong>fered at <strong>Town</strong> Meeting.<br />
VOTED: By a unanimous vote, a quorum being present on Wednesday, <strong>April</strong> 4, <strong>2007</strong> the <strong>Town</strong><br />
voted to elect members <strong>of</strong> the Finance Committee as follows Gary W.Anderson, Jay Austin,<br />
Adrian Dufresne,Gardner Lewis,and Matt Murphy for 3 year terms, Charles Eastman for a 1 year<br />
unexpired term,and Stephen Fassett for a 2 year unexpired term.<br />
ARTICLE 2: To hear reports <strong>of</strong> Committees and <strong>Town</strong> Officers and act thereon.<br />
VOTED: By a unanimous vote, a quorum being present on Wednesday, <strong>April</strong> 4, <strong>2007</strong> the <strong>Town</strong><br />
voted Article 2 as printed.<br />
ARTICLE 3: To see if the <strong>Town</strong> will vote to authorize the Selectmen to settle claims and suits<br />
which are pending or may arise against the <strong>Town</strong>. Or do or take any other action in the matter.<br />
On request <strong>of</strong> the Board <strong>of</strong> Selectmen.<br />
