MINERGIESTANDARD Minergie is a building standard that uses energy efficiently. It employs renewable energy sources, thus improving the quality of life and reducing the environmental impact. INNOXEL Innoxel means intelligent building automation and stands <strong>for</strong> a modern electrical installation that networks and automates energy consumption efficiently. All functions can be additionally imple- mented via an iPad or iPhone. REGIONAL PRODUCT The chalets contain a high proportion of locally grown timber. Local craftsmen with long experience of deman- ding Swiss standards were employed <strong>for</strong> the construction. NEW-BUILD CHALETS The new chalets will be sold on a turnkey basis.
