gain in housing starts this
year, although, at 13
units, it had the lowest
the other centers. All
housing starts in 1995
were for single detached
Overall, Terrace recorded
the largest decline
in residential construction
in northern B.C.,
down 35 per cenl to 9!
the decline, residential
The trend of fewer
