· The goal of my work is to design highly accelerated free breathing perfusion and delayed enhancement
cardiac MRI acquisition schemes. The motivation is to utilize the gain in speed to provide improved
image quality for an accurate quantification of perfusion and viability. Efforts are underway to design
these schemes, which learn the nature of temporal variations directly from the measurements. We look
to leverage the benefits of k-t space models, matrix recovery, compressed sensing and parallel imaging
in designing our acquisition schemes.
