• Articles must be submitted in one hard copies and
one electronic copy: hand written material is not
accepted.
• The name, qualifications, occupation and address
of the Author(s) must be clearly indicated.
• Articles must be sent to one of the following

NB: Articles not meeting the outlined guidelines
may be rejected or returned to the author for

accepted by the Editorial board, will be published
in the earliest possible issue of the journal.
• Submitted material will not be returned to
authors.
• The editors may make minor amendments
and corrections to the submitted work without
seeking the author’s consent. the author’s consent
and collaboration will be sought in case of major
changes.
• The decision of the editors to publish or not to
publish the submitted material is final.
