& perticulerly for the loue I bear to my well beloued Son Obadiah Holmes |un r of the same place haue
giuen & granted Aliened Enfeofed & Confirmed & by these presents doe giue grant aliene Enfeose &
Confirme onto the saide Obadiah Holmes Junior his Heires & Assignes for euer a Ceartaine tract or parcell
of Land Containeinge Eighty Akers beinge the one moiety or halfe part of one hundread & sixty
akers leyinge & beinge on staten Island Granted to me by Coll Thomas Dungan Late Leut Gouernor &
Admirall of Neu Yorke the saide Moity or halfe part of the saide one hundread & Sixty Akers Begir.i
at a small Run of water in the Reere of William Johnson at the head of the Creake & runes in breadth
by another Run of water northerly one hundread & sixteene Rod & is in Length West one hundread
& ten Rod & one halfe & so to run a line of Equall Devition according to the pattent granted as aforesaide
togcather with an equall proportion of Meddow To haue & to Hold the saide tract of land as aforesaide
To the saide Obadiah Holmes Jun r his Heires & Assigne for eiier paycinge & Yealdinge thearefore
yearely & euery yeare all such sum or sumes Dues or Quit rents that are Legaly due from the saide
