of the weft prefcinct of the County abofie (aid by Magirity of notes 1 lane agreed that no horfe<br />

Gelding Mare nor Colte fhall be fuffered to Run at Large or be turned Into the Rode by any perfon or<br />

persons <strong>and</strong> if any person or perfons fhall prefume to turne any horfe Gelding Mare or Colte Into the<br />

highway or unimproued L<strong>and</strong>s fo that they May be Lickly to breack Into any perfon or perfons L<strong>and</strong><br />

orchards Gardins or Meadow any person or perfons finding any fuch horfe Gelding Mare or Colt Running<br />

at Large as abode faid May Lawfully Impound them In the Compound In the faid Deuifion or If<br />

the horfes Geldings Mares or Colts Running at Large as abouefaid fhall breack Into any freeholders<br />
