To all to whom thefe p'fents shall come or may concern peter Rezeau of the County of Richmond
Esq r Sends Greeting Know ye that 1 the Said peter Rezeau for divers good and reafonable Caufes me
thereunto moving haue publifhed the following Declaracon That is to Say that after the |)iihlicacon
hereof I will not pay or cattle to be paid to any perfon or perfons whomfoeuer any Sum or Sums of
money for any goods Sold to or any moneys Lent to my wife Dorcas Rezeau or which at any time hereafter
shall he by them Sold or Lent to the Said Dorcas in my Name or upon my Ace 1 and alfo if any perfon
or perfons Shall hereafter buy or take into their or any of their Custody any of the goods or Chattels
belonging unto me that as Soon as Notice is had thereof I will profecute euery Such pfon or pfons being

of the County of Richmond and for year 1719 This 21 Day of March 1719-20
Memorandum the 19" 1 Day of March 17^ That it is thought fit by us whofe names are hereunder
written that there be a conven 1 Landing place at the Southweft Side of James Dy's Barn in
the S' 1 weft Divifion at the Creek and haue agreed to haue the Road run from the Common high
Way along the South weft Side of his orchard to Said Landing place from which Landing place there
has been formerly tranfported Timber for Building, Bricks Hay and other Things and that there be
a Swinging Gate erected on Sd high way about feuenty Yards from the Brook that crofses the main
