in 1995, the firm has acted as financial advisor in many transactions. Its clients are small <strong>and</strong> medium<br />

harsh environments.<br />
- Seamar Mexico: Mexican-USA joint venture that provides conventional OSV’s <strong>service</strong>s for<br />
Pemex <strong>and</strong> private <strong>companies</strong> operating in the marine offshore sector. It has a fleet of five<br />
Mexican flag vessels. It is operating in the Gulf of Mexico which, by law, is only available for<br />
Mexican <strong>companies</strong>.<br />
- Naviera de Sotavento: Full partner with Marcos y Asociados. It is a marine <strong>service</strong> company,<br />
devoted to brokerage business at Campeche Sound, where the main offshore activity is<br />
located.<br />
- AGR Group: Norwegian company that has signed an Agency Agreement with Marcos in<br />
2007.The group operates with three main divisions: petroleum <strong>service</strong>s, field operations <strong>and</strong><br />
drilling <strong>service</strong>s.<br />
- S.E.I.C.O (Servicios Integrales de Compresión): Company founded by Marcos <strong>and</strong><br />
Asociados to offer natural-<strong>gas</strong> compression <strong>service</strong>s to the power generation supply chain. Its<br />
activities are concentrated in the Burgos <strong>gas</strong> region of Tamaulipas.<br />
