Constructora Subacuática Diavaz, S.A. de C.V. started its operations in 1973. It is a company<br />
specialized in the markets of:<br />
• IMR pipeline <strong>service</strong>s<br />
• Infrastructure for offshore operations<br />
• Diving <strong>service</strong>s<br />
• Construction, maintenance <strong>and</strong> modernization of platform <strong>service</strong>s<br />
• Geotechnical studies<br />

Its base of operation is in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche. They are pioneers in Integral IMR projects,<br />
<strong>and</strong> a forerunner in the application of new technologies for connecting of wet Christmas trees for<br />
subsea wells. Diavaz is a trusted supplier for PEP with the accreditation No. 0518/2006 since 2006. It<br />
is a leader in the Mexican market of geophysical <strong>and</strong> geotechnical studies having carried out more<br />
than 700 together with Fugro Chance de Mexico. They are also a leader in the Commercial Diving<br />
Industry in Mexico.<br />
Complementary Notes:<br />
They are particularly interested in Improved Oil Recovery (IOR): They recommend<br />
taking action during the second quarter of 2010. Pemex is implementing some of the IOR<br />
techniques in its mainl<strong>and</strong> fields. However there is a need for implementing these IOR techniques<br />
in the form of an integral <strong>service</strong> for the mature fields offshore. Diavaz proposes to develop (with<br />
Pemex) key areas the scope of work for the “Integral Services for IOR techniques in Offshore<br />
Mature Fields”. The scope of work to be discussed <strong>and</strong> agreed with Pemex should include the<br />
<strong>major</strong>ity or all of the activities listed in the “INTSOK’s capabilities in IOR” brochure.<br />
